At Mayflower Boutique, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Every item is thoroughly inspected before dispatch. Therefore, we follow a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Exchange policy, except in cases of damage during transit.


Eligibility for Replacement

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, you must provide a 360° unboxing video of the parcel without any pauses or edits. This video is mandatory for us to process your claim.

If your claim is approved, we will offer you either a replacement or store credit.


Important Notes

  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for any reason other than damage.
  • Slight color variations may occur due to digital photography and screen differences. These are not considered defects.
  • Do not send products back without our authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
